FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for connection of drainage installations of underground structures during their protection against stray currents caused by rail electric transport. Device contains three drainage circuits, where three is the number of underground structures, wherein each drain circuit consists of series-connected fuse, knife switch, shunt with measuring instrument and power switch, three comparison electrodes, three low-pass filters, wherein each power switch is connected to the midpoint of the throttle transformer, which is part of the rail network, and to the corresponding protected underground structure through a drain circuit, a control unit, a unit for making a decision on the distribution of stray currents between the protected underground structures and a unit for synchronizing the moments of switching on the power switches, wherein the device further comprises three radio modems, which inputs are connected to the low-pass filter outputs, and the base station, wherein the radio modems are configured to transmit the signal via radio channels to the base station, output of which is connected to the input of the decision unit for transmitting information on the potentials of each automatic drainage installation, the output of the decision unit is connected to the input of the control unit, output of which is connected to input of base station, made with possibility of signal transmission via corresponding radio channel to radio modems, output of which is connected to inputs of power switches of drain circuits.
EFFECT: providing communication between neighboring automatic drainage plants without the need to lay communication lines.
