FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a bispecific antibody which binds to a member of the G6D family of lymphocyte antigens 6 (LY6G6D) and a CD3 differentiation cluster, to a composition containing said antibody, as well as to a method for preparing it. Also disclosed is an isolated nucleic acid coding said antibody, as well as a cell and a vector containing said nucleic acid.
EFFECT: invention is effective for treating LY6G6D-positive cancer in a subject.
