FIELD: geophysics.

SUBSTANCE: method for predicting solar flares based on detecting phenomena with a high level of determinacy is based on analyzing changes in field statistics measured over a period of time, which is assumed to precede the flare, and having the property of forming linear structures similar to those considered below. Such field can be recorded by means of space and/or ground-based telescopes continuous flow of solar X-ray, radio, UV radiation with time resolution of not more than 1 second, measured on a time interval of about eighteen days before the moment of flare.

EFFECT: high reliability and simplification of the method for predicting solar flares.
