SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound represented by general formula (1), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in formula (1) R1 is -H or C1-6 alkyl; R2 is -H or C1-6 alkyl; R3 is -H or C1-6 alkyl; Ar is 6–10-membered aryl or 5–10-membered heteroaryl containing 2 heteroatoms selected from O, S and N, where Ar can be substituted with 1 substituent selected from group G2; group G2 is a group of substitutes consisting of C1-6 alkyl, hydroxy-C1-6 alkyl, RAr1-OC1-3 alkyl; RAr1 is -H, C1-6 alkyl, or 3–7-membered saturated hydrocarbon ring, RAr1 can be substituted with 1–2 identical or different substitutes selected from group G3; group G3 is a group of substitutes consisting of a hydroxyl group and 3–7 membered saturated hydrocarbon ring group; X1 is N or CH; X2 is NH or O; X3 is a group represented by general formula (1-1), general formula (1-2) or formula (1-3) given below, a and b represent the direction of attachment; R21 and R22 independently represent -H; X4 is a group represented by general formula (2-1), b and c represent the direction of attachment; in formula (2-1), n is integer from 1 to 3; Y is NR51 or O; R31 and R32 independently represent -H, C1-3 alkyl; R41 and R42 independently represent -H, -F, C1-3 alkyl; or R41 and R42 can be combined to form 3–6 membered saturated hydrocarbon ring; R51 is H or C1-3 alkyl; 1 or R51 and R31 can be combined to form 4–6-membered saturated heterocyclic ring containing one heteroatom selected from N.
