FIELD: environment protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of environmental safety, namely, to the means of cleaning TSV, contaminated as a result of emergency oil spills. Depending on the degree of contamination of the TSV, the method for cleaning the oil contaminated TSV contains at least one technical stage, including treating the soil near the TSV with a sorbent or sorbing material, flushing oil and/or petroleum products from the bark of the TSV with 0.5% sodium coco sulfate solution and rinsing the TSV with water, and/or at least one biological stage, including the treatment of the TSV a solution containing a bio-emulsion, including an association of strains, vaseline oil, an emulsifier and a mineral additive at the following ratio of components, wt. %: association of strains based on liquid cultures of Rhodococcus erythropolis RNCIM AS-1660 and Rhodococcus sp. RNCIM AS-1260 10, vaseline oil 10, emulsifier T-2 1, mineral additive 3, drinking water 76, and the mineral additive contains the following composition and concentration of salts in an aqueous solution: potassium phosphoric acid monosubstituted (KN2PO4) 1.5 g/dm3, disubstituted potassium phosphate (K2NPO4) 4.0 g/dm3, ammonium sulfate (NH4)2SO4) 1.0 g/dm3, magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) 2.0 g/dm3, sodium coco sulfate, bentonite clay, thickener and water, while CMC-8000 or xanthan gum is used as a thickener with the following component ratio, wt. %: bio-emulsion 5-10, sodium coco sulfate 0.04-0.06, bentonite clay 7-8, thickener: CMC-8000 0,1-0,3 or xanthan gum 0.3-0.8, water the rest.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of cleaning the TSV from oil and petroleum product contamination while maintaining the safety of the ecosystem by eliminating the cutting of damaged vegetation and preventing repeated oil contamination of the soil.
