FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: surgical treatment of eye tumors and its accessory apparatus is carried out, pathological formations within healthy tissues are removed. That is followed by laparoscopic sampling of a free peritoneal autograft 20 % larger than the defect formed after tumor removal, which is placed in place of the defect and fixed with interrupted sutures to surrounding tissues. That is followed by cutting out a rotary aponeurotic graft from the patient's face and covering the wound and eyeball with it, and closing the wound on the face.
EFFECT: method enables one-stage epithelization of the formed extensive conjunctival defect with a free peritoneal autograft.
