Method consists in determining location of subscriber mobile communication device and in case of its location outside home region using software, a radio module of the subscriber device is prohibited from connecting to base stations with an MCC parameter corresponding to a home mobile operator.
EFFECT: high information security of connecting a user device to a base station of a cellular operator at the stage of entering a roaming network.
