SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a system for increasing average speed of a vehicle in urban and rural development conditions. At braking at crossing of uncontrolled intersections and pedestrian crossings on frontal projection of vehicle light-signalling devices are switched on. Light-signalling devices have a radiation spectrum which is not used in other automotive light-signalling devices, headlights and searchlights, for example, of green or blue colour.
EFFECT: higher average speed in urban and rural development.
