METHOD FOR DETERMINING SEVERITY OF CONDITION OF PATIENTS WITH OBSTETRIC SURGICAL WOUND INFECTION BASED ON POINT ASSESSMENT OF MICROBIOLOGICAL INDICATORS Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B5/00 C12Q1/02 G16H10/40 G16H50/20 G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2818975 C2

FIELD: medicine and gynecology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the severity of the condition of patients with obstetric surgical wound infection. In biological material isolated from an obstetric surgical wound and a cervical canal, microorganisms are bacteriologically detected: S. epidermidis, K. aerogenes, E. cloacae, K. pneumonia, E. coli, E. faecalis, S. aureus, Candida spp. Further, they are evaluated in points depending on the amount of content in the biological material: 1 point - at an amount of 103-4 CFU/ml, 2 points - at an amount of 105-6 CFU/ml and 3 points - at an amount of 107 CFU/ml and above. The scores are summarized for all identified microorganisms. According to the sum of the points, the severity of the patient's condition is determined: 1-8 points - mild severity, 9-16 - moderate severity, 17-24 - severe severity.

EFFECT: determination the severity of the condition of patients with obstetric surgical wound infection, forming groups of patients for an individual approach of diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
