FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in heat accumulators to maintain a given temperature interval. Heat-accumulating composition contains (wt.%): LiF—22.60÷23.10; CaF2—4.73÷4.90; NaCl—72.00÷72.60. Heat-accumulating composition, which is an alloy, has a melting point of 670–675 °C and a specific fusion enthalpy of 624–630 J/g.
EFFECT: providing serviceability of the composition in the temperature range of 670–675 °C and increasing the specific enthalpy of melting of the mixture.
