FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used in heat accumulators and in heat engineering devices. Heat-accumulating composition contains (wt%): LiF – (45÷45.3); BaF2 – (20.2÷20.7); CaF2 – (34.3÷34.6). Composition is an alloy with a melting point of 710–715 °C and specific melting enthalpy of 540–546 J/g.
EFFECT: higher heat accumulating ability of alloy.
