FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of natural gas. Method includes maintaining by means of information-control system of dispatcher control of gas producing field (ICS DC GPF) specified by plan of capacity for commercial gas - , supplied to the main gas pipeline - MGP, by means of continuous control of the difference of values between the gas production plan and actual value of the gas supplied to the MGP and distribution of this difference between the GP within the limits of the task for gas supply to the MGP. ICS DC GPF in process of operation and at change of production plan of commercial gas on GPF issues a task for increase/decrease of capacity of each ith GP for commercial gas in proportion to energy efficiency - ECG_i, which PCS of ith booster compressor station BCS continuously determines by formula. Value of ECG_i is continuously supplied to the ICS DC database and to input I5 of the proportionality coefficient calculation unit for the ith PID controller, which generates in real time a signal for setting the change in the capacity of the ith GP by commercial gas and supplies it to the ith process control system of gas treatment facility PCS GTF. ICS DC distributes the commercial gas production plan between all GP so that this operation is carried out with an increase in the value of total energy efficiency of all BCS of GPF. ICS DC generates setpoint value signal to the SP setting input of all PID controllers, which form the task for changing the capacity for its own GP by commercial gas, and the signal of the actual volume of the GPF supplied to consumers of commercial gas to PV feedback input of the same PID controllers. Calculation units determine the value of the proportionality coefficient Cp_i for them taking into account the direction of the correction for the change in the commercial gas capacity setting using the corresponding mathematical expressions. From the ICS DC database, signals are transmitted to the I6 and I7 inputs of the ith proportionality coefficient calculation unit, which determines the value of Cp_i and supplies it from its output to the input of Cp of the PID controller, as a result of which each ith PID-controller generates a task for changing the capacity of the ith GP by supplying commercial gas to the MGP in proportion to the value of the proportionality coefficient Cp_i received at the input Cp.
EFFECT: providing automatic distribution of gas production plan between gas processing plants in real time by controlling capacity of booster compressor stations taking into account their energy efficiency, reducing carbon footprint.
