FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of successively operating gas compressor units (GCU) with gas turbine drive (GTD) of gas compressor shop (GCC) of booster compressor station (BCS) of oil and gas condensate field (OGCF) of the Far North of the Russian Federation, providing mechanized production of natural gas. Method of reducing fuel gas consumption by successively operating lines of gas transfer units of booster compressor station includes loading of lines of parallel operating gas transfer units with gas turbine drive. Positive effect. Disclosed method enables real-time redistribution of the pressure drop of raw gas between the GTD of BCS lines supplied to the inlet of the IGTP in order to ensure the preparation of the required volume of dried gas to satisfy the demand of external and internal consumers. This redistribution of pressure drop is performed taking into account current energy efficiency of each stage of GTD, thus reducing consumption of fuel gas of booster compressor station taking into account current parameters of field development and condition of booster compressor station equipment.

EFFECT: reduced prime cost of dried gas preparation for long-distance transport and reduced carbon footprint during natural gas production.
