SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal shelves for multi-tier racks. Rack shelf comprises top wall made of metal sheet, passing on edges into longitudinal spars, as well as transverse spars. Each transverse spar has vertical wall and horizontal flanging. Adjacent longitudinal and transverse spars are welded together. Longitudinal spars have vertical inner and outer walls, and also they have horizontal flanges and horizontal lower walls. In vertical walls of each spar there are holes for placement of elements of connection of shelf with rack posts or with its beams. Shelf is equipped with a reinforcement - a detachable part located under the upper wall of the shelf so that the upper wall rests on the detachable part. Each longitudinal spar has the shape of a closed rectangle elongated downwards in cross section and its horizontal flange is connected to the upper wall of the flange. Each transverse spar has an L-shape in cross section and its horizontal flanging is welded to the upper horizontal shaping of each longitudinal spar. Reinforcement - detachable part by its ends is connected to longitudinal spars by quick-release connections, for which in the inner vertical wall of each longitudinal spar there are inclined to each other at an angle α lugs, in which hooks of amplifier - detachable part are located. Each eye has the shape of a conical elongated hole made in each inner wall of the side members. Narrowing part of each eye is directed downwards towards the lower wall of the longitudinal member.
