FIELD: warehouse equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to warehousing equipment, in particular, to storage racks made of metal profiles for storage of products. Rack contains L-shaped posts in cross-section, hooks connected to them with lengthwise and crosswise beams, each beam has horizontal stiffness rib for racking and vertical stiffness rib, at each end of which there is at least one hook. In the walls of each post there are shaped holes arranged along its height, each of which has an upper round part and a conical groove extending downward from the round part, wherein a neck of the hook having an external head located on the outer side of the post is located. In the horizontal plane, each end of each beam is made with a bevel to the middle of the beam. Each hook has inner head and neck made as one with external head, hook neck is pressed in hole of vertical rib of beam, diameter of hook neck is larger than slot width in its lower part. Conical groove is inclined towards the angle of the rack at an angle of α=2.0–3.0°, located between the vertical axis of symmetry of the round hole and the axis of symmetry of the groove. Skew of each beam is formed by downward flanging in contact with flanging of adjacent beam. Each wall of the post is located between the surface of the vertical stiffness rib of the beam and the inner surface of the external head of the hook, for which the gap between these surfaces is less than the thickness of the wall of the post.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of rack reliability.
