FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: hose sprinkler comprises a two-cantilever truss mounted on a vehicle with a water-conducting belt equipped with a sprinkler, and a water supply unit communicated with said belt. Truss is made in form of double-cantilever bar, water-conducting belt is in the form of a water distribution pipe rigidly attached to the bar by its side surface by means of brackets, wherein parallel to it and in such a way that its middle coincides with the vehicle symmetry line. Sprinkler is made with possibility of water jets scattering along surface of irrigated strip in the form of raindrops in direction perpendicular to its movement, wherein both to the left and to the right of the longitudinal line of symmetry of the irrigated strip, and with coverage of the irrigated area along this strip by a length exceeding the width of the sprinkler. Sprinkler is made of at least two irrigation flat hoses, with possibility of their tight connection with water distribution pipe in points, spaced from the middle of this pipe at a distance equal to the maximum flight range of raindrops, and placing the free ends of said hoses on the surface of the watered section, wherein along its line of symmetry, on each hose, in its upper part, radial holes are formed in staggered order in three rows, one of which is middle, two other side ones, arranged symmetrically to the left and to the right of the middle row. Axes of rotation of the holes of the middle row lie in the vertical plane passing through the axis of rotation of the hose, the axes of rotation of the holes of each side row lie in the inclined plane, passing through the axis of rotation of the hose and forming an acute angle with the horizontal plane. Holes of side rows are displaced in longitudinal direction relative to holes of middle row by half the distance between axes of rotation of two adjacent holes of row. Free ends of hoses are closed with plugs and equipped with retainers in the form of a strip, one end of which is attached to the named end of the hose, and a hole is made on the free end of the strip. Length of hoses exceeds width of sprinkler grip. Sprinkler additionally contains reels made with possibility of winding hoses on them. Number of reels is equal to the number of hoses. Each reel is equipped with a device with the possibility of connecting to it the front end of the hose—before winding and a device with the possibility of connection to the reel of the free end of the hose—after its winding on the reel, as well as a geared motor with a hydraulic drive, which is connected to the hydraulic system of the vehicle. Coils are placed on the bar in such a way that their axes of rotation lie on one line parallel to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the bar, and the plane of rotation of each reel passing through the middle of its axis of rotation lies in the vertical plane passing through the axis of rotation of each hose. Working width of reels is more than half of hose circumference by 5–10 mm. Water supply unit is made in the form of a water supply hose, one end of which is tightly connected to the middle of the water distribution pipe, and the other one is wound on a drum and is tightly connected to the hydrant of the irrigation network. One of the free ends of the bar is made with the formation of a tongue, on its side, with an offset to the longitudinal line of symmetry, there is a support device in the form of a post hinged to the bar, and a chassis is placed on the opposite end of the bar. Chassis and support device provide possibility of sprinkler preparation for transportation, and the drawbar and the chassis provide the possibility of the sprinkler transportation to the place of work and back.
EFFECT: high efficiency of sprinkling is provided.
