FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to poultry farming, and can be used to increase productivity of laying hens. After 180 days of maintenance, a fodder additive in the form of brown algae laminaria crumbs crushed to particle size of 0.2–2.0 mm in amount of 5–15 g per 100 g of mixed fodder is introduced into the bird ration.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to improve biochemical indices of blood in laying hens, to increase quality of eggs and live weight of birds.
