SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities for obtaining spatial models of rooms. Disclosed is a device for producing 3D models of a room, comprising a wheeled mobile platform, hardware unit connected to cameras and laser scanner and containing storage device, connected to unit for combining results of photography, video recording and laser measurements, wherein wheeled mobile platform has a housing and an additional laser scanner, wherein inside the housing there is a hardware unit connected to video cameras, an internal battery and a radio control device, wherein video cameras are installed in front and behind housing, photo cameras—in front and on sides of housing, and laser scanners are made in form of supports with rotating measuring elements and are installed on the upper surface of the housing opposite each other along the longitudinal axis of the housing and with the possibility of adjusting the inclination of the supports relative to the upper surface of the housing in the horizontal plane.

EFFECT: high accuracy of constructing a room map.
