FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a high-pressure cylinder. High-pressure cylinder comprises an inner sealed isotropic shell-liner with a cylindrical section and bottoms, power layer of composite material from crossing spiral tapes, covering its surface, consisting of unidirectional carbon, glass or organic threads, bonded to each other by polymer binder. In addition, the balloon contains a mesh layer formed in a light foamed filler from intersecting spiral and annular rods made from a polymer composite material based on unidirectional carbon, glass or organic threads and polymer binder, equipped with end coupling frames. Cylinder has an external non-bearing lining, and the mesh layer is made integral with a tight shell and a layer of composite material on it.
EFFECT: reduced total weight of the cylinder structure, increased strength, manufacturability and reliability of the structure.
