Patient is diagnosed according to Miller’s classification, followed by professional oral hygiene and anti-inflammatory therapy. Then, botulinum toxin is injected intramuscularly into the gingival muscular bands with recession and into the mental muscle on the left and right, total dose of botulinum toxin is 30–50 Units, wherein 5–10 Units are injected into each muscular band, 10 Units are injected into the mental muscle on the right and on the left.
