FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to cosmetology, and can be used for preparation-hardware pedicure. Foot is treated with an antiseptic. Foot is then treated with a solution obtained by mixing a gel containing urea as a base component with concentration of 5–30 wt.% and water in ratio of 85/15 wt.%, or application of gel containing urea as base component with concentration of 5–30 wt.% is carried out on the foot. Foot skin is treated with a disc attachment for a pedicure apparatus, which includes a rod inserted and clamped in the handle of the apparatus, and a working part in the form of a disc with smooth edges with a removable abrasive file attached. Files are used for the nozzle disc of various abrasiveness from 80 grit to 320 grit. Skin is treated by placing the disc in parallel or at different angles to the skin of the foot with a different rotation speed. Direction is set in a circle or in the direction of an individual pattern of the skin of the feet.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides reduction of injuries and skin disturbance during the procedure, reduction of the procedure duration due to peculiarities of foot skin treatment.
