SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cosmetology, namely to instruments for manicure and pedicure, the working part of which is covered with a special coating, with a low coefficient of friction, with high anti-adhesion properties and heat resistance up to 500°C, due to the use of polytetrafluoroethylene in the form of a film on an adhesive basis or in the form an aqueous suspension for the manufacture of coatings for tools and devices used in cosmetology for manicure and pedicure, as well as a method for obtaining these tools.
