SUBSTANCE: described is new nuclease-resistant oligonucleoside containing sequence of general formula I: wherein each Z is independently R1 or wherein W is -D-D-D- wherein each D is independently CHR or NR6 wherein R is independently hydrogen, OH, and R6 is hydrogen provided that only one of D is NR6, W′ is independently W or , R1 is independently OH, SH or NR2R3 wherein R2 and R3 are independently H or C1-C6- alkyl, each R5 is independently H or C1-C12 alkyl, each Y is independently H or OH, each B is independently adenine, citosine, guanine, thymine, uracil or modifications thereof, each e and f is integer from 0 to 50 provided that at least one of each f is at least 1, j is integer from 1 to about 200, K is 0 or integer from 1 to about 197, and each of m and n is independently from 1 to 200, each P is independently integer from 2 to 4; Q is either from 1 to about 197 provided that sum j+k+Q is from about 5 to 200.
