SURFACE CONTAMINATION SENSOR Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G01N5/00

Abstract RU 2819747 C1

FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for registration of small masses, evaluation of properties of deposited contaminants. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the measuring and reference quartz resonators, connected to the quartz microbalance generators, are installed in the upper part of the sensor housing and have the shape of a disc, the axes of which are located in the same plane parallel to each other, resonators themselves are fixed between the lower and upper electrodes, wherein thermal insulators are installed on the upper electrodes, the sensitive surface of the reference sensor is insulated with protective quartz glass, on the thermal insulator of the measuring quartz resonator there is a surface temperature sensor, and the lower and upper electrodes are isolated from each other by means of a printed circuit board, wherein the lower electrodes, forming a thermal bridge, are connected to an integrating radiator attached to a temperature controller in the form of a thermopile, which is installed with possibility of cooling and heating, and in lower part of housing microcontroller control module is installed, at that, on the lower surface of the crystals of the measuring and reference quartz resonators, platinum temperature sensors are applied with the possibility of operation in the mode of direct measurement of temperature and microheating, and in the upper part of the device there is a photosensor for illumination of the sensitive surface by the Sun.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of increasing the accuracy of measuring the amount of deposited substance on the measuring quartz resonator of the sensor.
