FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement means and represents a measuring part of a self-calibrating temperature sensor. Disclosed is a self-calibrating temperature sensor comprising a temperature-sensitive element and a reference element with a fixed phase transition. Heat-sensitive element is made in the form of a thermocouple placed in a ceramic insulator, represented by bundles of high-temperature ceramics with diameter of 2–3 mm, and the reference element is made of at least two ferrite elements in the form of rings with a magnetic phase transition uniformly distributed over the temperature range of the sensor. Rings are assembled in a pile, installed coaxially to bundles of high-temperature ceramic of the ceramic insulator. Around the rings there is a common winding of heat-resistant wire, wherein the turns of the wire do not contact each other, and a heat-resistant dielectric glue is applied on top of all said sensor elements.
EFFECT: design of a self-calibrating temperature sensor allowing operation in a wide temperature range.
