FIELD: railway.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the upper structure of the railway track, in particular to long rail elastic elements. The rail element is made in the form of a curly profile. The working surface of the profile ensures contact with the walls of the rail chamber. The profile is made by pressing from rubber crumb and a melt of thermoplastic polyolefin or a mixture of thermoplastic polyolefins, with the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: rubber crumb - 75-85; polyolefin or mixture of polyolefins - 15-25.
EFFECT: increased manufacturability of rail elements.
