SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a bacterial extract of gram-positive and/or gram-negative bacterial species selected from Moraxella cataralis, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus sanguinis, Lactobacillus bacteria strains and/or strains of Escherichia coli bacteria, for the treatment of infections and inflammations, and a method for production thereof, comprising alkaline lysis of said types of bacteria and neutralization with at least one organic acid selected from acetic acid, propionic acid, lactic acid, 3-hydroxypropanoic acid, pyruvic acid, butanoic acid, 2-hydroxybutanoic acid, 3-hydroxybutanoic acid, glutamic acid and aspartic acid; pharmaceutical composition containing said bacterial extract, use thereof and a device for delivery thereof for treatment and/or prevention of acute and chronic immunological disorders resulting from infections and/or inflammations.
