FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of erection of bored cast in-situ reinforced concrete piles using Yutkin electrohydro-impact effect and device for its implementation, relates to construction, more precisely to methods of erection of bored cast in-situ piles in soil. Method of installation of bored cast in-situ reinforced concrete pile in soil includes preparation of well in soil, installation of reinforcing frame and pouring of concrete mixture. Reinforcing carcass is assembled on drilling pipe with length required for bored pile submersion to design depth. Electrohydraulic device consisting of a central fixed quick-release positive contact and a negative contact is installed in the lower part of the drilling pipe. After the assembly is completed, the casing is put on the reinforcing carcass, fixed by the stoppers, which are structurally made integral with the clamps, which have holders that are in a folded position pre-installed on the drilling pipe for reliable fixation, and assembled structure in vertical position is installed on place of installation of bored cast in-situ pile in pit filled with water. Water is supplied to the electrohydraulic device and the current pulse generator is switched on, as a result of which the electrohydraulic device together with the reinforcing carcass and the casing pipe is immersed into the formed cavity. After submersion of the electrohydraulic device to a depth less than the specified one by 1-0.5 meters, water supply is replaced with concrete solution supply via drilling pipe; at that, in order to form a bulge at the end of bored cast in-situ pile, power and frequency of discharge are increased at last 1-0.5 meters before the specified depth of its immersion. Entire cavity formed behind the electrohydraulic device descending into the soil is filled with a concrete solution to form a concrete column with a reinforcing frame in the form of a bored cast in-situ pile inside it. After the reinforcement carcass with the casing pipe reaches the design depth, the reinforcement cage is shifted downwards, the casing pipe is released, the drilling pipe with an electrohydraulic device is removed from the concrete solution of the finished bored cast in-situ pile.
EFFECT: efficient extraction of electrohydraulic device from preset depth after reinforcement carcass with casing is submerged to preset depth.
