FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling of wells by electrohydraulic impact method. Device comprises a drill string, a well flushing system, a source of hydrodynamic action installed at the end of the drill string, connected by means of a coaxial cable to a high-voltage source located on the surface. Source of hydrodynamic action is made in the form of a drill bit having an inner cavity with walls having an angle of inclination, which enables to focus hydropercussion waves on the surface of the bottomhole rock, holes for free circulation of drilling mud, quick-detachable central electrode with dielectric protection, connected to a coaxial cable by a sealed connector and fixed in the centre of the drilling bit by means of an insulating washer pressed by a metal washer, connected to outer conductive braid of coaxial cable by permanent connection and pressure disk having thread for attachment inside drill bit. Drill bit is connected to the drill string by means of a transition coupling made of dielectric material, also having holes for free circulation of drilling mud. All three discs also have holes communicating with holes of the adapter sleeve for free circulation of drilling mud, and the coaxial cable is divided into sections with length equal to the length of pipes in the drill string, connected by sealed connectors. Device has an attachment with a socket connected to the upper pipe of the plastic casing string, a cover made with a sealed rubber collar hole intended for passage of the drill string, and a side branch for return of the drilling mud into the settling tank. Drill string ends with a head with holes made in its upper part for attachment of a lifting mechanism, a sealed outlet for a coaxial cable and a rotary side branch for supply of drilling mud to the drill string under pressure.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of removal of drill cuttings from well bottom, as well as increased length of cable as length of drill string without lifting the entire drill string.
