FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for oxygen therapy with application of feedback and a system for its implementation. At that, supply of air flow enriched with oxygen is provided from air flow source (1) through supply equipment (3) directly to patient's respiratory organs. Flow rate, oxygen concentration and time of action of air flow are varied by control regulator (2) according to control signals from multifunctional controller. SpO2, RR, heart rate of the patient is measured using sensors (4) configured to transmit information on the physiological parameters of the patient through near-field interface (5) to multifunctional controller (7), which is configured to jointly analyze parameters SpO2, RR, heart rate and output control signals to the flow control device. Data from the sensors is transmitted through a long-range data transmission interface (8), such as the Internet, to cloud storage (6), and then to a multifunctional controller. Control commands from cloud storage have higher priority over information from sensors of patient’s physiological parameters.
EFFECT: providing automatic feedback with the patient and equipment when organizing remote patient monitoring with the possibility of controlling equipment, analyzing and correcting actions, which increase efficiency and safety of the treatment process.
