FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. System of the artificial pulmonary ventilation apparatus comprises an artificial pulmonary ventilation apparatus connected to a patient for ventilation in accordance with the settings of an artificial pulmonary ventilation apparatus. Physiological sensors are configured to collect values measured for the patient, including flow rate in the airways and pressure in the airways observed during monitoring. Cardiopulmonary (CP) simulation component comprises a microprocessor programmed to generate the values of the non-observed in the process of monitoring the physiological parameters based on the measured values observed in the monitoring of physiological variables, and the settings of the artificial pulmonary ventilation apparatus. CP-simulation component is programmed to generate the values calculated for the patient, which are not observed during the monitoring, by means of operations involving: aligning the patient's CP-model with the patient; and generating values of physiological parameters and variables calculated for the patient, which are not observed during monitoring, as predictions of the aligned patient's CP-model for physiological values not observed during monitoring. Apparatus optimization component comprises a microprocessor programmed to output the apparatus tuning parameters, updated based on the values of the measured values measured for the ventilated patient in the process of monitoring the physiological variables calculated for the ventilated patient values of the physiological parameters not observed during monitoring, as well as one or more limiting conditions of physiological parameters, and is programmed to output updated settings of apparatus by means of operations, including: potential adjustment of apparatus tuning parameters by a matched patient's CP-model and calculating a loss function value for a matched CP model of a patient with potential adjustment of apparatus tuning parameters; repeat operation for various potential adjustments of apparatus settings; and output of refined settings of apparatus as potential adjustment of apparatus settings, which minimizes loss function. Disclosed is a method for artificial pulmonary ventilation and an information carrier.
EFFECT: invention enables reducing a probability of a patient's injury by selecting a ventilation mode.
