FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floor coverings and relates to a polymer floor element. Floor element comprises a base formed from a polymer, an upper layer located on one of the two sides of the base, and a layer of foamed polymer located on the other side of the base, the density of the foamed polymer layer is less than 120 kg/m3, wherein the substrate comprises at least one layer comprising a semi-rigid or rigid polymer, which is provided with an upper layer on the contact surface, and the upper layer itself is multilayer and consists of N polymer layers, wherein one layer is a wear layer, and one layer is a decorative layer, and on said upper layer there is a coating if necessary.
EFFECT: invention enables to create floor elements which have good sound permeability and sound reflection.
