FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a binding material based on industrial wastes, which can be used in the cement and construction industries. Method of producing binder based on man-made wastes involves grinding portland cement clinker and man-made wastes, wherein industrial wastes used are vanadium production wastes containing, wt.%: SiO2 – 3.22; Al2O3 – 0.41; CaO – 36.93; MgO – 5.03; V2O5 – 2.81; Mn2O3 – 17.39; SO3 – 33.02; other secondary impurities – 1.19; wastes of enrichment of ferruginous quartzites of Kursk magnetic anomaly, containing, wt.%: Na2O – 0.98; MgO – 5.84; Al2O3 – 2.52; SiO2 – 72.74; K2O – 0.65; CaO – 3.12; TiO2 – 0.27; FeO – 9.45; Fe2O3 – 4.06; P – 0.65; S – 0.21; and said wastes are mixed with scrap of sanitary construction ceramics at ratio of 3:1:1, adding 84-86 wt.% of portland cement clinker and the mixture is ground together in a centrifugal-planetary mill for 0.25 hours to specific surface area of 6,400 cm2/g.
EFFECT: reduction of energy intensity of binder production based on technogenic wastes, reduction of binder grinding time and improvement of end product quality.
