FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: methods for producing binders applied in the production of construction materials and in construction. The technical result is achieved in a method for producing a binding construction material, including mixing and co-grinding of Portland cement and industrial waste, wherein the industrial waste is a mixture of vanadium production waste, waste from the enrichment of ferruginous quartzites from the Kursk Magnetic Anomaly (KMA) and waste from the production of sanitary-building ceramics in a ratio of 3 :1:1 with the following ratio of binder components, wt.%: Portland cement 84.0-86.0, the specified industrial waste 14.0-16.0, and joint grinding is carried out to a specific surface of 6400 cm2/g to obtain particles of size 3.4-3.6 microns with the addition of superplasticizer Melflux 1641 during grinding in excess of 100% - 0.16%.
EFFECT: obtaining a binder with increased strength properties.
