FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing binders and can be used in production of construction materials and construction. Method of producing binding material involves mixing and combined grinding of portland cement and industrial sulphate-containing wastes, wherein said industrial waste is a mixture of vanadium production wastes and sanitary engineering ceramics with a ratio of components of 2:1 with the following ratio of binder components, wt.%: portland cement — 84.0–86.0, said industrial wastes — 14.0–16.0, and combined grinding is carried out to specific surface of 6,400 cm2/g with addition of superplasticizer "Melflux 1641" in excess of 100% — 0.16%.
EFFECT: obtaining a binder with improved strength properties while reducing energy consumption during production thereof.
