FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to binding materials which can be used in the construction industry, particularly in production of cement. Binder based on industrial production wastes includes Portland cement clinker and sulphate component, wherein as sulphate component used is a mixture consisting of vanadium production wastes, wastes from enrichment of ferruginous quartzites of KMA and wastes from production of sanitary construction ceramics with a component ratio of 3:1:1, respectively, in amount of 14.0–16.0 wt.%.
EFFECT: improved quality of the end product.
