FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: combine harvester rotor (1) for harvesting long-stem crops is made with possibility of rotation around its longitudinal axis and consists of lead-in part (2), made in the form of truncated cone (4), which small base is located at the beginning of rotor (1), threshing and separating parts (3), made in the form of a cylinder. On the small base of truncated cone (4) of lead-in part (2) of rotor (1) cross (5) is fixed. Turns (8) are rigidly fixed on side surface of truncated cone (4). Screw blades (7) are fixed on cross (5) by means of bolted joints, they are evenly located on the surface of truncated cone (4) along the circumference. Turns (8) are installed on surface of truncated cone (4) in its rear part. Threshing elements in the form of whips and separation elements in the form of blades are fixed on the cylindrical surface of the threshing and separating parts (3). On side surface of truncated cone (4) supports (6) are located and rigidly fixed. In lead-in part (2) of rotor (1), brackets (9) are installed, which are a welded structure, consisting of retainer, lug and axis installed in retainer hole and lug. Blades (10) are installed on brackets (9) so that one blade (10) is installed on each bracket (9). On supports (6) and on two turns (8) located opposite each other, screw blades (7) are fixed by means of bolted connections. Brackets (9) with blades (10) are installed in the zone of exit from the transition section immediately before the threshing zone at a distance (h1) from the beginning of the zone of threshing-separating part (3) of rotor (1).

EFFECT: higher efficiency of combine harvester, increased threshing of grain from spike during harvesting of long-stemmed crops and reduced losses of grain behind the rotor.
