KIT AND METHOD OF CAPTURING MOLECULE BY MAGNETIC MEANS Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G01N33/543

Abstract RU 2821351 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a kit and a method for capturing a molecule contained in a sample by means of at least one magnetic layer. Kit for capturing a molecule contained in a sample contains a) magnetic nanoparticles having a maximum size of less than 1 mcm, wherein each of said nanoparticles is bonded to at least one capture element, wherein said at least one capture element specifically binds to said molecule, and b) a substrate for capturing said magnetic nanoparticles, comprising substantially at least one magnetic layer or consisting thereof, wherein said magnetic layer comprises a contact portion, optionally repeating at least between the first and second regions, wherein the first region contains magnetic particles polarized in the first direction, and the second region comprises magnetic particles which are non-polarized or polarized in a second direction different from the first direction of polarization of the magnetic particles of the first region, so that said at least one magnetic layer generates a magnetic field having at least one magnetic induction change of at least 0.1 mT at a distance of at least 1 mcm from said at least one magnetic layer, wherein said at least one magnetic induction change determines the maximum and minimum magnetic induction norm of said magnetic field, in order to determine at said maximum norm of said magnetic field an area for capturing magnetic nanoparticles on a capture substrate, wherein said at least one magnetic layer has a holding capacity in range of 2000 mcm⋅Gauss up to 30,000 mcm⋅Gauss.

EFFECT: design of a kit and a method for capturing a molecule contained in a sample which is easy to manufacture and industrialize.
