TREATING CANCER AND TUMOUR, STIMULATED BY RELEASE OF HEAT GENERATED BY DIFFERENT CHAINS OF MAGNETOSOMES RECOVERED FROM MAGNETO-TACTICAL BACTERIA AND SUBJECTED TO ACTION OF ALTERNATING MAGNETIC FIELD Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61K35/74 A61K9/14 A61P35/00

Abstract RU 2593331 C2

FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to using of bacterial magnetosomes chains for tumour treatment. Use of bacterial magnetosomes chains for treating of tumour by means of thermal therapy, where said bacterial magnetosomes chains have following properties: contain at least 2 magnetosomes with dimensions, located in range from 10 to 120 nm; crystallographic directions of most magnetosomes belonging to said chains are oriented in chain elongation direction are isolated from magneto-tactical bacteria, which are cultivated in nutrient medium containing iron and/or other transition metal, such as cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, manganese, chromium, or containing chelating agent. Method of treating tumour, where magnetosomes chains are exposed to alternating magnetic field to cause heat generation. Kit for treating tumours containing bacterial magnetosomes chains. Method of producing bacterial magnetosomes chains. Bacterial magnetosomes chains for tumour treatment. Therapeutic agent for treating tumour, having bacterial magnetosomes chains.

EFFECT: use of above bacterial magnetosomes chains provides effective treatment of tumour.
