FIELD: integrated circuit technology.
SUBSTANCE: delay circuit comprises a control unit and at least two delay subcircuits. Input ends of delay subcircuits are connected to each other and output ends of delay subcircuits are connected to each other. Output end of each delay subcircuit is connected to the input end of the adjacent delay subcircuit by a switching unit, wherein each delay subcircuit comprises a delay unit configured to delay the input pulse signal, and a switching unit configured to control the switching on of the delay subcircuit, and the control unit is connected to all switching units and is configured to respectively control the plurality of switching units to turn them on or off to perform corresponding processing with a delay of the pulse signal.
EFFECT: realizing control and control of delay time of delay circuit, reducing process fluctuation of delay circuits when pulse signal is subjected to processing with short delay.
