SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry and agriculture, namely to a technology for recycling urban wastewater sediments, manure and dung. A method for the production of fertile substrate is carried out, consisting in the treatment of wastewater sediments to obtain lumpy mass, using a preparation based on plant raw materials for the treatment of wastewater sediments, in which wastewater sediments are treated with a preparation obtained using a base of the preparation, containing, in wt.%: plant raw materials in the form of rice grain or wheat grain – 8.9-15.2, five-hydrous copper sulfate – 0.1-0.8, alkali – 1.7-4, water is the rest. A technical problem solved in the implementation of the claimed invention is the creation of an easy-to-use method for the treatment and/or recycling of wastewater sediments, which does not require the use of a reagent-detoxicant, and which has increased efficiency of the treatment of wastewater sediments.
EFFECT: simplification of the process of treatment and/or recycling of wastewater sediments, increase in environmental friendliness and safety of the process of treatment and/or recycling of wastewater sediments, as well as increase in the efficiency of treatment of wastewater sediments; implementation of the purpose of the invention.
