FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for postoperative dynamization of proximal femoral pins, including lateral fenestration. After insertion of the proximal femoral pin and dismantling of the guide equipment, the wire is inserted through the previously formed surgical approach for insertion of the dynamic screw into the canal of the dynamic screw. Mounting sleeve is repeatedly put on the installed screw along the installed wire. Similar sleeve with a guide device is inserted along the previously installed sleeve, in parallel, until it stops in the lateral cortical layer, and a wire is delivered through it into the bone. Lateral cortical layer of the bone is fenestrated along the wire with a hollow drill in the distal direction from the previously installed dynamic screw.
EFFECT: method provides reducing injuries due to peculiarities of fenestration.
