FIELD: measurement; engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of ionisation sensors and is used in turbojet engines for signalling ignition of combustion chambers or afterburner. Ionisation flame detector contains a housing, a heat-resistant plug connector with contacts, central ionisation electrode with internal cooling channel installed in combustion chamber or in afterburner chamber of gas turbine engine and isolated from it and housing by insulator and layer of glass sealant. Said electrode has two holes, an inlet hole and an outlet hole. Central ionisation electrode and the housing are connected to the contacts of the heat-resistant plug connector. Contacts of the heat-resistant plug connector are insulated from the housing cavity by at least two layers of the material ensuring tightness. On the side of the combustion chamber or afterburner, the glass sealant between the central ionisation electrode and the insulator is reinforced with a bushing.
EFFECT: design of an ionisation sensor of a flame detector is proposed.
