FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of ionisation sensors and is used in turbojet engines to alarm afterburner ignition. Flame ionisation signaling device comprises a central ionisation electrode with an internal cooling channel, as well as inlet and outlet holes for coolant intake and discharge. Outlet hole is made on the end section of the central ionisation electrode. Central electrode of ionisation of sensor is installed in augmenter of gas turbine engine. Electrode is insulated from the afterburner chamber housing. Inlet hole of the coolant intake is made in the region of leakage of the main gas flow to the above electrode with the highest total pressure of the gas passing through the augmenter chamber. Outlet hole of coolant outlet is made in flame stabilizer trace in combustion zone with minimum total pressure of gas passing through augmenter chamber.
EFFECT: invention allows simplifying the sensor design, reducing weight, as well as improving reliability due to improvement of electrode cooling efficiency.
