FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engine building, in particular to devices intended for ignition of combustion chambers of gas turbine engines in ignition systems of liquid-propellant engines, gas generators of neutral steam, industrial gas turbine plants. Disclosed is a gas turbine engine spark plug comprising a cylindrical metal housing with a thread, a central electrode with a contact, a contact head, sealing ceramic insulator, main ceramic insulator with semiconductor element, screen with thread for connection of high-voltage ignition wire, spring, metal bushing, wherein central electrode with contact is fixed in inner channel of sealing ceramic insulator with glass sealant, part of central electrode with contact is arranged in inner channel of main ceramic insulator, contact of the central electrode together with the semiconductor element of the main ceramic insulator and the end part of the cylindrical metal housing form an inter-electrode annular gap of the spark plug, contact head connected to the central electrode is placed in the inner channel of the sealing ceramic insulator on the side of the spark plug screen , sealing ceramic insulator has a collar, on which it is fixed on the inner collar of the cylindrical metal housing on the side of the screen, in the annular cavity formed by the outer cylindrical surface of the sealing ceramic insulator, by the inner surface of the cylindrical metal housing, there is a sealant, wherein the metal bushing is made of split spring steel, at least the middle part of the spring is made conical, part of the sealing ceramic insulator is located in the inner channel of the main ceramic insulator, metal bushing is placed on the cylindrical metal housing inner bead on the side of the spark plug working end and the cylindrical surface of this bead, spring is placed between the end surface of the main ceramic insulator on the side of the spark plug screen and the end surface of the metal bushing facing the working end of the spark plug, diameter of the outer surface of the cylindrical metal housing in the area of the main ceramic insulator with a semiconductor element and at least the cylindrical part of the spring on the side of the working end of the spark plug is smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical metal housing in the area of the metal bushing, the inner collar of the cylindrical metal housing and a sealant placed between the inner surface of the cylindrical metal housing and the outer surface of the sealing ceramic insulator, and the spark plug shield.
EFFECT: reducing the diameter of the working part of the cylindrical metal housing of the spark plug, as a result of gas-dynamic losses in the secondary circuit of the combustion chamber, increasing the hourly resource operating time of the spark plugs under conditions of high temperatures.
