FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to hand tools with power drive, intended for assembly and disassembly of threaded connections covered with corrosion or located in hard-to-reach places, and can also be used for mechanization of erection and mechanical assembly works in various industries. Method of ultrasonic assembly and disassembly of threaded connections consists in the fact that torque is applied to the threaded connection element with simultaneous exposure to ultrasonic vibrations, wherein the torque is applied to the threaded connection element by means of a key, and the ultrasonic action is carried out by a radiator rigidly connected to the threaded connection element, transmitting ultrasonic vibrations to the said element in the longitudinal or transverse directions to the thread axis, wherein the rigid connection of the radiator to the said element is provided by means of a threaded connection.
EFFECT: more efficient assembly and disassembly of threaded connections of different standard sizes with possibility of application of high torques to elements of threaded connection.
