SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for releasing threaded stud joints filled with threaded retainers. Method for unlocking threaded stud joints with a thread retainer using low-frequency ultrasonic vibrations includes exposure to ultrasonic vibrations on parts of a threaded connection, creation of longitudinal-torsional vibrations using an ultrasonic transducer with a waveguide, application of torque to parts of a threaded connection. Ultrasonic vibrations with resonance frequency of 20-40 kHz and power of 1-2 kW are introduced into the stud from its side surface, wherein the acoustic axis of the ultrasonic transducer waveguide, which provides for the introduction of low-frequency ultrasonic vibrations into the stud, is displaced relative to the axis of the pin by the value of its radius and has an angle of inclination relative to its axis, which coincides with the angle of inclination of the thread profile of the stud. Application of torque for unlocking of threaded stud connection is carried out during low-frequency ultrasonic exposure or after its termination, wherein time of action of low-frequency ultrasonic vibrations on threaded stud connection with thread lock is from 0.5 to 20 minutes.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of releasing threaded stud connections with a thread lock.
