FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used for oil extraction from products extracted from oil deposit wells. Disclosed is an oil sampling device, comprising a vertical tank with total liquid level sensors, which is plugged from above and below, pipelines with controlled valves for supply of water-oil-and-gas mixture – product of wells from side of tank through separation device, removal of oil gas from the top of tank and removal of liquid from the bottom of tank. Tank is additionally equipped with released water level sensors, and from above – with a pressure sensor to generate signals for opening the controlled gas discharge pipeline valve when the maximum allowable gas pressure is reached and closing when minimum allowable pressure is reached. Separation device is made in the form of a vertical cup – baffle open from above below the water level to increase oil drops in the water-gas-oil mixture, and an ejector at the inlet of the pipeline supplying the baffle plate to release gas from the water-gas-oil mixture. Controlled valve of the liquid discharge pipeline, which is connected to the well or the collecting tank for water discharge, provides the water flow rate in the tank which is less than the speed of oil surfacing in water for oil settling from the product. Tank between the common liquid level and the water level is equipped on the side with an oil discharge branch pipe for sampling with a controlled valve to exclude gas or water entrapment during oil sampling.
EFFECT: simplified design and increased efficiency of device operation, as well as expansion of its functional capabilities.
