FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: transformer wide-range flyback DC voltage converter with passive clamping relates to electrical engineering and can be used in secondary power supply systems for conversion, regulation and stabilization of constant output voltage, galvanically separated from input constant voltage. Device comprises transformer 2, the beginning of primary winding 1 of which is connected to the positive pole of the input DC voltage source, and the end of primary winding 1 through the power control key 3 is connected to the negative pole of the input constant voltage source, which forms a common bus. Parallel to primary winding 1 of transformer 2 there is a passive clamping element made up of series-connected diode 5 and capacitor 4 with parallel connected resistor 6. Cathode of rectifying diode 8 is connected to the end of secondary winding 7 of transformer 2, the anode of which through primary winding 10 of the double-winding linear inductance 9 is connected to the beginning of secondary winding 7. Secondary winding 11 of double-winding linear inductance 9 is connected through rectifier diode 12 to filter capacitor 13. Load 14 is connected in parallel to filter capacitor 13.
EFFECT: generation of constant output voltage from constant input voltage, elimination of gap from transformer, provision of partially symmetrical reversal of transformer core and expansion of control range of output constant voltage.
