SUBSTANCE: first and sixth objects are a soft gelatine sustained release capsule, where the pH-dependent shell composition contains gelatine, a pH-dependent polymer, such as pectin, and dextrose. Second object is a method of producing a delayed-release capsule from soft gelatine. Third object is a method for controlling the pH-dependent dissolution profile of a delayed-release soft gelatine capsule. Fourth and fifth objects are methods of treating a pathological condition and reducing the number of belching cases. Seventh and eighth objects are methods for improving the characteristics of delayed release of a soft gelatine capsule and stabilization of a delayed release soft gelatine capsule.
EFFECT: stabilizing and reducing the flow of soft gelatine capsules containing a pH-dependent polymer, such as pectin, in an acidic medium with dextrose content.
